Our mission is to update the old model by providing cost-effective and practical legal services that match our clients’ needs in the modern global marketplace.
Our Clients
Our legal expertise and flexible fee mechanisms work well for large and small clients alike. Larger clients may have overflow or project-based needs that require experienced legal support, or their internal resources may simply be too stretched. Smaller companies and start- ups may not have internal legal counsel (or they are stretched beyond their capacity), but using traditional outside law firms is financially impracticable.
Logistics
Global GC can work directly with our clients in their own offices and with their own teams, or remotely. Likewise, we can take other steps to be an integral part of our client’s internal team (e.g., having a client e-mail address, having an internal phone extension, etc.). We can also work alongside our clients’ traditional law firms, as appropriate and necessary to achieve the right mix of substantive expertise and cost-effectiveness.
