Our Mission

Despite enormous advances in technology and changes to the global business landscape, legal service providers typically provide services in the same way that they have for many decades. Our mission is to update the old model by providing cost-effective and practical legal services that match our clients’ needs in the modern global marketplace.

Global GC provides select clients with the highest level of on-demand legal advice and services, delivered by senior business attorneys with substantial international in-house experience. We do not maintain expensive offices, artwork or other things that create needlessly high overhead. Instead, we focus on what matters most to clients – using our business experience to provide practical and proactive legal representation and risk management that aligns with the client’s core business interests, at a fraction of the cost of traditional law firms.

Our Approach

Global GC’s unique approach – providing senior in-house legal expertise, on-demand service and flexible fee mechanisms – works well for large, medium and small clients alike.

Larger clients may have overflow or project-based needs that require experienced legal support, or their internal resources may simply be too stretched. These legal needs can be budget-busters. Larger clients often have outside law firms on retainer, but those outside firms are usually too expensive, and also unable to respond quickly enough for routine or overflow legal matters. likewise, for project-based legal work, outside firms are usually not cost-effective or efficient.

Small and medium size companies (including startups) may not have internal legal counsel at all (or they are stretched beyond their capacity), but using traditional outside law firms is financially impracticable. In addition to overflow and project-based legal needs, these clients may benefit from outsourcing some or all of their legal needs to Global GC. This could be on either a full-time or part-time basis, and it could involve the entirety of the client’s in-house legal needs or only a certain portion. As experienced in-house counsel, we know how critical it is for the attorneys to work with the various business units (e.g., cross-functional teams, business, management and board meetings, etc.) to properly align the legal function with the business strategy, so our fee mechanisms allow our clients to get the benefit of our participation in those activities without concern about accumulating additional hourly fees.

Either way, Global GC provides senior attorneys with substantial in-house experience, who will take the time to understand your business and provide economical and efficient legal services. Our goal is to build a strong relation- ship with our clients so that we are a cost-effective, reliable and seamless extension of our clients’ internal legal resources. Indeed, we do not seek to replace our clients’ existing outside law firms, but rather to complement them (and even work alongside them where appropriate) for the benefit and success of our clients.
